The Kent Foundation Repair Foundation Team took on an extensive foundation repair project in Okemo, Michigan. This job required extensive site preparation work and digging. The home foundation needed to be lifted and supported from future settling issues. The KHS Foundation Team excavated and installed 18 helical piers to support the weight of the home.

The results of our work? We raised the home two inches on one end of the home, and over two inches inches on the other side. This lift will continue to support and stabilize the home for years to come.

As always, the best part of the job was earning another satisfied customer.  The generous homeowners even treated our crew to pizza when the job was complete!
