Foundation Stabilization In Traverse City, Michigan

Foundation Stabilization With Helical Piers

Two helical piers were installed to stabilize this bump out.

Time after time, Michigan Property Managers turn to Kent Foundation Repair to keep their properties safe for occupants.

We recently helped a property manager in Traverse City, Michigan. The building’s foundation needed to be stabilized due to a bump out. A bump out is a small addition to expand a space without messing with the interior space of a building. Many people often do this to expand their bathrooms without compromising the space of an adjacent room or closet.

Kent Foundation Repair’ Foundation team installed two helical piers to support the bump out. The building did not require any lift; it only needed foundation stabilization. The piers were driven ten feet deep. In this case, we also added specialized support by adding a 4″x6″x3/8″ steel bridge between the two piers. The entire project was completed in one day.
