Kent’s Foundation team helped a homeowner raise and stabilize their porch. It had settled four inches or more and was hindering the homeowner from making home improvements.
We installed three piers to support the 4×4 posts on a porch. The crew raised the porch up approximately an inch and a half to support the porch and to prevent further damage to the home. As a result, the homeowner was able to remodel the bathroom above the porch.
The crew finished the work within four hours in the rain.
A Stronger Porch
Kent’s Foundation team was able to stabilize this porch with helical piers. The customer was very pleased with the work completed, as reported by the foreman.
