In early January of this year (2018) Troy Ruiz stopped over to our house to inspect and give us a proposal for the settling of our foundation. His recommendation included installing 12 hydraulic piers, 7 on the outside and 5 on the inside. My wife and I were impressed by Troy’s knowledge, honesty and integrity. He had been in the foundation business for a number of years and really seemed to know what he was talking about. And mind you this was after getting quotes from five other companies that did business in the area.

I think the biggest selling point was Troy’s proposal to install 7 of the 12 piers on the outside. This made the most sense to us, especially since none of the other quotes from the other five companies’ even consider doing piers from the outside.

On Monday, Feb 26th the crew, Ron, Steve, and Bill showed up at the promised time. They got right to work and did what they said they would do, cleaning up as they went along. I have got to say, I don’t think I ever saw three people work as hard as these three guys did. They were great! And our interior doors are now closing.
