I’m extremely satisfied with the work that Kent did on my property. They installed ten helical piers under an old foundation and did so in just two days and for far less money than their local competitors, along with a lifetime guarantee. Rex, the on-site engineer was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great tips on some options for building a retaining wall and leveling some areas of flooring in the house. Highly recommend this company.

Kent was great to work with! They communicated very well and took on as much of the planning and prep as possible. The team that did the job was prompt and effective. Highly recommend!

Working with Rick and Kachine was great. They both were really professional, responsive, and honored a quote they probably didn't have to. The installation crew had some issues related to illness and equipment malfunction, but was able to complete the job on time. The piers were set professionally and the dirt was put back where they found it.

Kent Companies did a fantastic, professional job on a project for us. They were able to successfully stabilize and lift a room that had settled, back to level. Great job!

Overall a positive experience but with a few areas for improvement. Kent Companies installed helical piers for a concrete slab sitting on a structurally failing retaining wall. The concept of helical piers to me is somewhat novel. I think an area of improvement could have been fully explaining the piers (how deep, why a specific number was needed) and where they needed to be put as we ran into a problem when one pier needed to be put on a neighbors side of the property. This wasn’t communicated until the crew was on site and made it somewhat difficult and awkward to ask for permission from my neighbor which wasn’t granted. There was also an initial miscommunication about how many piers were quoted via actual need. Understanding this was only a residential service, communication could still be improved especially considering how costly such services are. This was especially true when the initial quote and price was for a higher number of piers vs what actually was needed and the time table of providing the down payment didn’t really allow for a second opinion when the cost per pier essentially doubled. This was a project we needed done but still left me feeling somewhat uncertain and uncomfortable if the issue of supporting the structure in question was “fixed”.
