We partnered with the Better Business Bureau of West Michigan to discuss the importance of accreditation when choosing a contractor. Their talented team also created a video about our team to help West Michigan homeowners get to know Kent Foundation Repair! The video features Kent Foundation Repair Division Manager Jeff French as well as a look inside of our operations.

Jeff French: The business started in 1957. It was founded by John VanderLaan. At the time, more people were buying cars, so more people needed driveways. West Michigan was the best place to start the business; John’s family was here. Today, among our team, we work here, we live here, we play here.

We offer a host of services from concrete replacement, to concrete repair, new sidewalks, new driveways, patios and porches. All kinds of things in concrete for homeowners and business alike.

The reason we’re successful in this community is because we put a huge value in our community. In regard to our Home Services team, our employees range in years of service from a few months up to ten years or more.

Our customers speak very highly of our company and the services we offer. They talk about how our services are a good value and how we treat our customers. We were recipients of the Better Business Bureau Torch Award a couple years ago (2014) and that really shows the community and our customers truly what we’re all about.
